No Caribbean vacation would be complete without this, the archetypal fruity rum drink. Don't forget your khakis and panama hat!
Place rum, coconut cream, ice and crushed pineapple into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Pour, garnish with fruit and a tiny umbrella, and enjoy!
